Dahae Energy offers custom electrode prototypes tailored to client specifications, based on a full in-house electrode production system encompassing slurry formulation, coating, roll pressing, and slitting for lithium-ion batteries.

We support the design and fabrication of electrodes using a wide range of materials, including cathodes such as NCM and LFP, and anodes such as Graphite and Graphite+Si. Our optimized designs take into account material properties, process conditions, and cell structure, providing practical and actionable solutions that meet the needs of R&D and quality validation.
